Amber Alert for Pets is a national internet based association of pet owners and pet professionals dedicated to seeing lost pets safely returned to their loving families. Our principal means of communication is via e-mail.

Please agree to accept and post lost pet alerts. Register Now! To help in the recovery of lost pets we would like you to ask your clients for their permission to forward lost pet alerts to them as well.

NAPPS LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP - As a member of NAPPS you are eligible to become a lifetime member for only $9.95. Your membership comes with the following benefit: in addition to covering your personal pets Amber Alert for Pets will cover all of your client’s pets while they are in your care. All you have to do is report them missing and we will issue a lost pet alert FREE of charge.

Amber Alert for Pets as a Source of Revenue for NAPPS Members

As you may or may not know we charge for membership in the Amber Alert for pets program. We charge because it costs to run this program day to day 24/7 and because we prefer to pay our own way and not be continually soliciting donations. We charge $24.95 annually per household (no limit to the number of pets).

It is also important to note that we NEVER turn any one away who has lost their pet regardless of their ability to pay. If your pet is lost we will look for it period. (FYI - We are currently seeking a commercial sponsor for this part of our program.)

Revenue Opportunity 1) If you would like to give every one of your clients a free 1 year membership for accepting the alerts and as a way of saying thank you for their business, we will accommodate your wish. If you choose to give away memberships, revenue from those memberships will be realized next year and will be based on those members that renew their membership. Annual renewal is $14.95. Your compensation for each renewal is $5.00.

Revenue Opportunity 2) If you prefer to sell the memberships at a discounted price the discounted rate available is $14.95, of which you retain $7.00. (You may also elect to register your clients at the full retail price of $24.95 in which case your compensation is $12.95 per registration.)

Non-profits - If you wish to use Amber Alert for Pets registrations as a fundraiser please contact us directly for program details. We want to work with you. You are important to us as we wish to see membership money stay in your communities for the benefit of the greater community.

Foster Families - If you are an organization or a member of an organization that utilizes foster homes we will enroll foster families and their pets for free as long as they remain in your program as an active foster family. We rely on you to define an active foster family.
